Brad says there was a time some years ago that he was scared that is party hard lifestyle and drug abuse had ruined him for years to come.  He states, “For a long time I thought I did too much damage—drug damage.  I was a bit of a drifter.  A guy who felt he grew up in something of a vacuum and wanted to see things.”

He says the problem is that he was searching for inspiration in the wrong spots.  He spent years goofing off until he realized that he was becoming burnt out and wasting away opportunities.  He said that about 10 years ago when he was still in his marriage to Jennifer Aniston, he made a real effort to change his life for the better.
