How Bob Harper turned his heart attack into a positive experience

Bob Harper understands how life can change in the blink of an eye. Although Harper was living a so-called healthy lifestyle and followed an exercise routine, the Biggest Loser coach had a heart attack. The heart attack that affected Harper, was so strong it could have killed him on the spot.

A year later after the health scare, Harper says that he has come a long way and is aware of his disease.

The health coach realized that he is part of a club of survivors that needs guidance and his support. He aims to inspire people that you can come out healthier even after a heart attack.

In the past year after the heart attack, Harper has shared many videos of him completing cardiac rehab and finally returning to the gym.

Harper has written his latest book, which is called the Super Carb Diet, which helps followers understand how to get physical and improve your mental health after suffering a heart attack.

He said that after his heart attack, he went through an identity crisis and the only thing that helped was the support he received from his doctors, friends, and family. He added that he found it trying to figure out who he was because he felt that he was a healthy person who was well established in the fitness industry, who now got a heart attack.

However, he realized that being upfront with the public was the best way to move forward and inspire others.
